Head of Sales
Program-Ace is looking for an Unreal and Head of Sales with 30+ years of experience
- Program-Ace, a Global Top 100 Outsourcing company (IAOP) are looking for a Russian/Ukrainian speaking Head of Sales to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible achieving the company’s sales goals via architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Managers and SDR’s across enterprise and mid-market sales based on his/her previous experience in the similar IT company. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
- Compile the new sales team in Cyprus office;
- Manage existing distributed sales team in Europe;
- Development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
- Personally help close largest deals (over 100k Eur);
- Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, HR and Marketing;
- Establish the inbound lead requirements for Marketing Dept needed to meet your sales objectives;
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development in the CRM;
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with both key customers and new companies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience in sales or/and business development leadership roles in successful mid-size IT engineering services company;
- Proven track record of sales;
- Growth hacking ideas, creative approach;
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership and team building skills;
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
- Fluent English + Fluent Russian or Ukrainian.
- Remotely or Cyprus (Nicosia/Limassol/Paphos);
- Remote during test period.
