Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience;
  • Outsourcing experience;
  • Experience with Web 3.0 technology (preferably crypto projects and knowledge of project stages);
  • Experience with automation tools (will be a plus);
    Preferable experience in Sales Nurturing;
  • English — intermediate (upper-intermediate is desirable);
  • Basic knowledge in the IT field;
  • Experience with any CRM system;
  • Responsible, result-oriented and fast learner;
  • Outstanding communication skills — you will be connecting with prospects constantly.
Would be a plus
  • Experience in negotiating with foreign customers in the IT industry.
  • Generating a high number of leads;
  • Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to identify their business needs;
  • Identifying and using market trends to provide leads for the sales department;
  • Researching and developing prospective accounts;
  • Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
  • Working collaboratively with a Marketing and Sales team;
  • Using CRM, marketing and sales tools.
