Fixed Price

The Fixed Price solution is a perfect option for projects with clear deadlines and requirements. If the client has clearly predefined the project’s scope, software requirements specification and acceptance criteria of the project, then our team will analyze the requirements and together with the client, agree to a fixed price and deadlines for the project.

This is a low-risk option and we will not charge an additional fee except cases in which major alterations or changes to the requirements are necessary.

The Fixed Cost solution is the best fit for small and medium-sized projects with a short production cycle that do not require quick responses to changes in the market.

The Process

  • As soon as we receive an inquiry from a client, we conduct an initial analysis. During this stage we decide whether it is possible to provide a fixed price for the project. This is largely based upon the availability of a detailed requirements specification.
  • If a customer does not have a SRS we divide the development process into two phases: Inception and Development.
  • During the Inception phase our business analysts study the project requirements and create a detailed software requirements specification (or game design for games), which will be used as guideline by the team during the Development phase.
  • As soon as we have a detailed SRS, we provide the client with a detailed implementation estimate, which includes the project team, milestones, and release date.
  • After the final estimate is approved, we sign a Services Agreement, which includes all of the necessary project documentation.
  • Our QA team goes through the whole testing process to make sure every project requirement is verified and confirmed.
  • The completed project is delivered to the client on the previously agreed release date.
