Lead Generation Specialist AI & Automation

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Lead Generation Specialist AI & Automation to join our team.

• Proven experience in lead generation & marketing automation, including high-volume outreach

• Hands-on experience with AI agents (already managing them or actively using them as assistants)

• Strong understanding of ABM, ICP, buying groups, intent signals, etc.

• Experience with CRM systems, automation platforms, enrichment tools, and routing/scoring logic

• Interest and willingness to grow in AI automation, workflow design, and data-driven processes

• Background in B2B, SaaS, IT services, system integration, or enterprise sales environments

• Focus on mid-size and enterprise clients across real sectors of the economy:
  Oil & Gas, Mining, Transport, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, etc.
