Overview
MoMedX is a customizable patient management platform Program-Ace built for a medical company, made up of an assessment tool for nurses, an app that helps doctors manage patients with chronic conditions, and an app for patients, all available on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. The client needed a trusted vendor able to design and develop the whole cross-platform solution and its secure backend.
The challenge
Give doctors an effective way to manage complex chronic conditions while improving patient health and reducing overall practice costs.
Make patients mobile, letting them set appointments, view lab test results, and stay current on health instructions from a smartphone or tablet.
