    Program-Ace, a Global Top 100 Outsourcing company (IAOP), is looking for a Head of Business Development to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the company’s sales goals by architecting a sales strategy and building a team of Account Managers and SDRs for both enterprise and mid-market sales, drawing on previous experience in a similar IT company. The person should be excited about entering new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and outperforming the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

To achieve results, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or staff augmentation;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales teams;
  • Deep understanding of the IT outsourcing market and current industry trends;
  • Proven track record of sales;
  • Growth hacking ideas, creative approach;
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them;
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership and team building skills;
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven; work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
  • Manage existing distributed sales team;
  • Development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
  • Personally help close largest deals (over 100k Eur);
  • Work collaboratively across teams — including Engineering, HR and Marketing;
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements for Marketing Dept needed to meet your sales objectives;
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development in the CRM;
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with both key customers and new companies.
How do you manage your work schedule?
  • We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
  • Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
  • Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible.
  • Insurance (in case of work in the Cyprus office)
  • You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
