    Program-Ace, a Global Top 100 Outsourcing company (IAOP), is looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the company’s sales goals by architecting a sales strategy and building a team of Account Managers and SDRs for both enterprise and mid-market sales, drawing on previous experience in a similar IT company. The person should be excited about entering new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and outperforming the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

To achieve results, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or staff augmentation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing both sales and marketing teams
  • Proven experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, ABM, email marketing, events)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel mechanics and lead lifecycle management
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and drive company-wide initiatives
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
  • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive new business and support growth targets
  • Manage and scale the sales team, while actively collaborating with the Marketing department
  • Align sales and marketing goals to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, lead nurturing workflows, and performance analytics
  • Ensure high-quality MQLs (marketing qualified leads) from inbound and outbound efforts
  • Negotiating major deals and personally participating in the closure of high-value contracts (€100,000 and above)
  • Monitor pipeline development, CRM data integrity, and forecasting accuracy
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency of messaging, positioning, and customer experience
How do you manage your work schedule?
  • We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
  • Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
  • Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible.
  • Insurance (in case of work in the Cyprus office)
  • You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
