Program-Ace built a real-estate developer an interactive, photoreal 3D resort that replaces static renders for presentations, letting prospects move freely through the building, open doors, ride elevators, and search availability in Full HD.
The challenge
The developer was pitching a resort with static pre-rendered images that could not convey scale or flow. They needed a photoreal, fully explorable environment with game-like controls and real interactivity, polished enough to show at exhibitions.

How we built it
Built on the Ace3D engine with Visual Studio, DevIL for image handling, and Newton Game Dynamics for physics, the application renders a high-poly resort in Full HD with realistic water, shadows, and lighting, and the proprietary toolchain shortened development against a tight exhibition deadline.
