• Higher technical education or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Experience managing infrastructure for companies with 50+ users
• Experience leading IT teams of 5+ people
• English proficiency — B1 level or higher
System Administration
• Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file servers)
• Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Network administration (routing, VPN, firewall, VLAN)
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Docker infrastructure administration: web stack (reverse proxy, server runtime
environments, DBMS)
• Version control infrastructure administration (GitLab, SVN, Perforce)
• Experience with cloud PBX and VoIP solutions
• Experience with infrastructure migration to cloud
• Scripting and automation experience (Bash, PowerShell)
Corporate Infrastructure and Business Systems
• Microsoft 365 (Identity/Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
• Endpoint device management (MDM)
• Monitoring and observability systems (Zabbix, OpenSearch, etc.)
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes
• Administration and support of corporate business systems (CRM, project and task
management systems, HR systems and ATS)
Information Security
• Fundamental information security principles and access control
• IT infrastructure audit and documentation
DevOps
• Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud platforms) — sufficient for task
assignment and deliverable acceptance
• Administration of cloud platforms and hosting providers (Hetzner, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Operational Activities (hands-on)
• Administration and support of company IT infrastructure: servers, networks,
workstations, and corporate services
• Microsoft 365 environment management: user accounts, security policies, corporate
services
• Ensuring availability and reliability of corporate business systems (CRM, project and task
management systems, HR systems, ATS)
• Infrastructure monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting
• Backup management and disaster recovery planning
• Implementation and maintenance of new IT solutions
• Optimization and automation of routine processes and tasks
Management and Coordination
• Coordination of IT staff: task assignment, deadline and quality control
• Oversight of subordinates’ reporting
• Acceptance of DevOps Engineer deliverables (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure)
• Mentoring and professional development of IT staff
Strategy and Development
• IT infrastructure development planning, preparing proposals for management
• Maintenance of technical documentation, IT policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with information security requirements
Communication
• Technical support for company employees (L2/L3)
• Communication with external contractors and vendors
• Interaction with management on IT matters
• Providing accounting department with payment documentation for all IT systems and
services
• Self-reliance and proactive approach
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multitasking environment
• Strong communication skills — ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Willingness to be on-call during critical incidents
• Microsoft, Linux, networking certifications (CCNA)
• Experience creating workflow automations in Power Automat
