About the project:
  • Project description: Client from USA, open world 3rd person shooter.
  • A team on the client side and on the PA side: full cycle on P-A (Project Manager, Business Analyst, Art, QA, Developer)

Tasks you will be working on:
    You will play a key role in developing game concepts, GDD, processing client requests and coordinating tasks across teams.

  • Analyzing and processing RFPs (Requests for Proposals);
  • Breaking down tasks into WBS and providing accurate estimates for your part of the work;
  • Creating and pitching game ideas to clients;
  • Designing and documenting game progressions and mechanics;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Setting tasks for and reviewing work from team members (developers, artists);
  • Searching for and selecting audio assets for games;
  • Collaborating closely with PMs and other team members to meet project goals;
  • Participating in project-related tasks, including meetings, reporting, and coordinating with clients;
  • Plotting Game Concepts;
  • Creation of Wireframes;
  • Creation of GDDs and SRS;
  • Plotting the Game balance.
What you need to join us:
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in game design;
  • Strong skills in creating game design documentation and progression/monetization systems;
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and idea presentations;
  • Basic understanding of development and art processes for clear task formulation;
  • Understanding of outsourcing pipelines and workflows;
  • Conversational English for client calls and presentations (at least C1);
  • Flexibility and the ability to switch between tasks efficiently;
  • Familiarity with game audio resources and tools for asset sourcing;
  • Experience with 3D Gaming.
Skills that will be a plus:
  • Web3 layer economics, BA expirience.
