Projects you’ll work on:
    The specialist will be involved in all 3D projects at Program-Ace, including assessing new tasks, forming teams, organizing workflows, and supporting specialists.
What you need to join us:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Confident ZBrush user;
  • Strong understanding of Soft/Hard surface modeling and topology;
  • Proficiency in one of the following: Maya / 3Ds Max / Blender;
  • Texturing skills in Substance Painter, Photoshop;
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine (5.0+);
  • Ability to render using VRay / Arnold / Redshift (at least one of them);
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • A portfolio is required;
  • Understanding of workflow pipelines.
What tasks will you work with:
  • Evaluate new projects and requirements;
  • Create guides and documentation for the team;
  • Ensure the quality control of the 3D art department’s work;
  • Conduct meetings with the team and clients;
  • Mentor and onboard new employees;
  • Analyze the team’s growth and help improve their skills;
  • Coordinate with other departments;
  • Manage time effectively and ensure project deadlines are met.
