To achieve results, you will need:
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management within the defense industry.
  • Demonstrable success in identifying, capturing, and closing high-value contracts with government or defense agencies.
  • Familiarity with U.S. or international government procurement processes, defense contracting, and compliance regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS).
  • Technical Knowledge: Background in training and simulation technologies (e.g., virtual reality, augmented reality, modeling & simulation, serious gaming, or e-learning platforms) is highly desirable.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
    1. Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Research and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs in the defense training and simulation market.
  • Develop strategic plans that align company capabilities with market demands, focusing on long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Engineering, Marketing) to shape roadmaps for training and simulation offerings.
  • 2. Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with defense agencies, military branches, and prime contractors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and government stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing product and service offerings.
  • 3. Proposal Leadership & Contract Capture

  • Lead the development of proposals, including coordinating technical, financial, and contractual inputs from internal teams.
  • Prepare and present compelling presentations, white papers, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with organizational goals and policies.
  • 4. Program Support & Customer Satisfaction

  • Collaborate with program managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and contract deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues, guide enhancements, and manage expectations.
  • Continuously gather feedback from clients to identify product improvements or additional service opportunities.
  • 5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track and analyze sales metrics (pipeline, bookings, revenue) to inform sales forecasts and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of pipeline activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
How do you manage your work schedule?
  • We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
  • Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
  • Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible.

  • You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
