AI Sales Assistant for Automotive Showrooms

From the beginning, our goal was to create a virtual assistant that combines conversational AI, lifelike visuals, and contextual awareness within a scalable, production-friendly Unreal Engine environment. The final result was a plug-and-play solution ready for sales, customer service, as well as employee training.

• We began by defining assistant roles using Convai's editor, where team members could input structured or unstructured text to shape the assistant's behavior, which removed the need for custom logic trees or complex scripting.
• Next, real-time voice communication was activated through Convai's speech engine. Assistants could engage in fluid, two-way conversations, maintaining memory of previous interactions, adapting to context, and delivering coherent responses.
• For visuals, we used MetaHuman avatars paired with Convai's gesture and lip-sync automation, enabling human-like delivery of speech and movement with zero manual animation.
• Integration into Unreal Engine was completed using ID-based referencing, allowing teams to swap assistants or deploy new ones into scenes without custom coding or rebuilding environments.

Ultimately, we’ve got a result that showcases a deployable, scalable assistant that performs reliably across departments, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
