Requirements to join us:
  • A clear vision of the technological path for the development of a service IT company with a specialization in AR/VR/3D/AI in today’s market conditions.
  • Experience in a company with similar expertise.
  • Previous work in COO, CTO, Director of Innovations, R&D Director, or similar positions in a software development company working with enterprise-level clients (Fortune 1000)
  • Excellent English language skills.
Tasks you will work on:
    Strategy & Innovations

  • Drive technological and solutions innovations in the company to achieve company business goals;
  • Recognize, evaluate, select and then manage the study of external technologies and third-party tools & solutions. Organize the transfer of obtained knowledge to the Delivery department;
  • Negotiate & collaborate with company Strategic Technological Partners, and Clients;
  • Build and manage the R&D team of most talented engineers;
  • Manage research and development (R&D) activities;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department for identify new markets & opportunities. Estimate risks;
  • Collaborate with Sales department to use the innovative & technological potential of the company in full. Find technological solutions for challenging R&D projects;
  • Monitor technology and social trends that could impact the company;
  • Maintain current information about technology standards and compliance regulations and ensure company products & services meet these requirements.
    Implementation & Deployment

  • Select or define the company’s software development methodology;
  • Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology;
  • Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing;
  • Select, deploy, and monitor performance profiling tools and procedures;
  • Develop standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) for Delivery department.
Skills you’ll need:
  • Excellent public speaker and strong communicator with excellent written, presentation and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical issues to nontechnical audience whilst also having the depth of knowledge to communicate effectively with technical experts;
  • Mediation and persuasion skills. Must be self-confident in his or her knowledge and experience, with a high degree of openness to others’ opinions and a good sense of diplomacy;
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, excellent judgement and ability to work in a fast-changing and evolving environment.

  • We offer a flexible work schedule that is coordinated with your manager; business hours when everyone is available — from 11:00 to 16:00;
  • Remote work, work from anywhere in Ukraine and the world;
  • 18 days of vacation and 5 days off for personal needs.
