About the project:

Project description: Large AAA game.

Genre: Action RPG.
Platform: PC.
Projected duration of the project: 1 year or more.
Project stage: Project development from scratch, at the concept stage.
Team size: On the Program-Ace side, two employees, and a large team of about 100 specialists from the client’s side.
References to Similar Projects (to avoid disclosing confidential information about the project): Stormfall Saga of Survival, Raid Shadow Legends, Diablo 4, Cyberpunk 2077, Palia, Rift, Dying Light: Stay Human, Dragon Age, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Dungeons & Dragons, Starfinder.

What you need to join us:

5+ years of experience;
Ability to lead a team and experience working on console or PC projects (AAA games preferred);
Mandatory experience in RPG/Action RPG development;
Proficient in English (work in an English-speaking environment);
Preferred location: Europe or Ukraine;
Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.

What tasks will you work with:

Team management and programming;
Architectural planning;
Gameplay core programming and mechanics development;
Code review and optimization;
Involvement in project fit assessment and planning;
High level of responsibility and self-organization.
